FAQs

How long do alterations take?

Standard alterations take 2-3 months but if we need to do it over a shorter or longer period, that can often be accommodated. You will have 2-3 fittings on average.

My shape is changing. How will the fitting process work in that case?

Depending on your exact circumstances, we may see you closer to the wedding so we are fitting you as you are close to your day. Or if you feel you may need your gown extended, depending on timing and availablity, we may be able to add additional fabric. Please reach out to discuss your specific situation.

What do I need to bring?

Always bring your shoes, any underwear you'd like to wear and up to one guest please. We love children, but we don't recommend bringing them along as we're working with intense concentration and with sharp pins!

What payment methods do you accept?

We have a card machine or accept cash. Please note, we will require payment when you collect your gown.

Can you help with cleaning my gown?

In some circumstances, we can assist with gown cleaning - often spot cleaning before your Big Day if necessary or full cleaning afterwards.

Can you create bespoke pieces?

I can. Boleros, veils, re-designed bodices, skirts and more. Please get in touch to discuss your requirements.
